Me (I'm 30) and my family stayed at cs House 2 nights. It was a wonderful stay, very relaxing. Very quiet place close to the city center (5 min walk), with a very nice garden where to have breakfast, lunch etc. The rooms are clean and big, wifi connection was perfect. The value for money is great. But most of all Nee, the young girl who rules the place is surely the best person we met in thailand. She takes care of all costumers, very friendly, and she can speak a perfect english, so can suggest you easily what to see and where to go outside Chang Mai. I suggest it strongly

The staff were awesome! Trustful people : we left our luggage there for 2 days during a trek. We also had a problem cause we booked with a bad agencie a transport from Chiang mai to Luang Prabang. The staff called the agencie and fixed everything for us and made a lot of effort for us. Without them they will probably never come pick us up. The hostel was quiet in the local area where there are no tourist The breakfast was really good as well. Looks like a good honest family business.
A bit far of Chiang Mai square but if you like quiet and local place it s perfect.

Comfortable bed Close to old town
600 bht beds are not the comfortable beds... had to pay 800 bht for beds that were boards made of springs Bathroom was dirty when we moved in and was never actually cleaned the whole time we were there, just supplied with fresh towels You can get a better buy walking into old town and searching out places to stay

Excellent garden environment, great room, best landlords ever. We feel like we were really lucky to be there during the lantern festival. Our landlady took us to the parade and helped us with all our needs which included medical care, transportation and site seeing. The restaurant was excellent as well; I really miss the coffee and breakfast now that we have moved on. 10 STARS
